On Tuesday afternoon, in their house teams (Oak, Sycamore & Willow), pupils took part in a wide range of activities to promote mental health and well- being.
Children enjoyed working along-side their older or younger pupils. Our house captains and vice captains were fabulous role models and some helped to lead activities such as making aromatherapy play dough and peg dolls. Other activities included painting, dancing, learning about emotions, mindfulness colouring and making worry monsters. We all enjoyed yoga – and some children said that they felt very calm and relaxed afterwards, others felt invigorated! Everybody agreed that it was a fabulous afternoon.
